Wisconsin Tumbles In National Polls

MADISON, Wis. – Following Saturday’s 38-13 dud at Michigan Saturday night, the University of Wisconsin took a tumble in both national polls.

UW dropped eight spots from 15th to 23rd in this week’s AP poll and nine spots to No.19 in the coaches poll. It’s the second biggest drop of the year for the Badgers. Following UW’s 24-21 home loss to BYU, the Badgers dropped 12 spots in the AP poll and 10 in the coaches poll.

That’s not the only place the Badgers dropped, as UW (4-2, 2-1 Big Ten) is in a three-way tie for second place in the Big Ten West Division, a half game behind first-place Northwestern.

UW hosts Illinois (3-3, 1-2) Saturday for its annual Homecoming game. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. on FS1.
