Banged-Up Badgers Prepare for Illinois

MADISON, Wis. – The medical tent remains crowded for the University of Wisconsin.

Wisconsin’s game seven injury report lists seven players questionable for Saturday’s home matchup against Illinois, including six on the defensive side of the ball and three projected starters.

The Badgers also announced that sophomore defensive end Isaiahh Loudermilk will miss his second straight game with a left leg injury.

The banged-up unit gave up 444 yards of total offense, including 320 rushing yards, in Saturday’s 38-13 primetime loss at Michigan, a loss that dropped Wisconsin dropped eight spots to No.23 in this week’s Associated Press poll.

The one encouraging news is cornerback Caesar Williams and outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel are no longer listed, but those omissions should be taken with a grain of salt after senior D’Cota Dixon wasn’t listed on either injury report last week.

Here is a full look at this week’s report.
