Four Wisconsin Defenders Questionable Against Illinois

MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard is going to have to wait 48 more hours to find out how many players he’s going to have at his disposal.

A banged-up defensive unit hasn’t received any more clarity as of Thursday morning, as the Badgers announced starting strong safety D’Cota Dixon (right leg), starting free safety Scott Nelson (right leg), starting cornerback Faion Hicks (left leg) and reserve safety Reggie Pearson (left leg) are all questionable for Saturday’s Homecoming game against Illinois (3-3, 1-2 Big Ten).

Defensive end Isaiahh Loudermilk (right leg) remains out.

Here is this week’s injury report
